Information we collect
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, for example by:
- filling in the school tour form and sending it to us on WhatsApp,
- calling us, messaging us on WhatsApp, or emailing us.
This may include your name, phone number, your child's name and age group, your preferred visit date and any message you include. The tour form does not store your details on this website. When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the message is sent from your own WhatsApp account to the school.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a school tour.
- To discuss admissions and a possible start date for your child.
- To keep in touch about your enquiry, if you ask us to.
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Photos of children
We love sharing the joy of everyday life at Early Starters, and we do so with care. When a child joins the school, we ask parents to sign a photo consent form.
- Photos of a child are only shared on this website or our social media pages if their parent or guardian has signed the consent form.
- If a parent chooses not to sign, photos of their child are never published online.
Parents can change their mind at any time. If you would like a photo of your child taken down, or wish to withdraw your consent, please call us on 050 835 6979 or email earlystarterspreschool@gmail.com, and we will remove it as quickly as we can.
Cookies and other services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display text and icons, it loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and handle admissions. If your child joins the school, the information becomes part of their school record.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us using the details above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
